Dear Colleagues,

You are kindly invited to participate at the XIth international creativity conference “Creativity as a Process” held by the Creativity Centre of the Faculty of Psychology, Riga Teacher Training and Educational Management Academy.

The conference will take place on 10-11thNovember, 2006 in the premises of Riga Teacher Training and Educational Management Academy, at Imantas 7. linija 1.

The conference will be led by international Scientific and Organizing  Board. The articles submitted will be reviewed by the Scientific Board and published in the 5th volume of research papers “Creative Personality”.

 

Topics that are encouraged:

  • Development of creative thinking, creative imagery, visual creativity and fantasy and their peculiarities with different age groups;
  • Artistic, scientific, technological, organizational, pedagogical etc. creativity;
  • Stages of a creative work (generation, incubation, implementation);
  • Creativity and personality.

Working languages of the conference are Latvian and English.

Conference fee


By 30 September 40 Euro for conference participants. In addition  20 Euro for the publication of the article.


Conference fee covers organizational costs, publication, conference bag, coffee break and the welcome reception. Travel and accommodation expenses are not covered.


Conference fee in Euro with the name and surname of the participant, ID and aim of the payment (participation at XI international creative conference and publication of the article in ‘Creative Personality’, vol.5) should be transferred to the following bank account:

Publication

A full text of the article thoroughly edited and meeting the layout requirements, three printed copies and on a diskette, should be submitted on 10th November, the day of the conference. The layout requirements are attached.

Deadlines

11 September, 2006 – submission of registration forms and 100-word  summaries including key words and the title of the paper in English.

20 September, 2006 – acceptance confirmation of the papers.

30 September – registration of the conference participants without proposals.

10 November – submission of the papers for publication (3 copies and on a diskette) in accordance with the layout requirements


We request the authors to observe the deadlines of registration and submitting papers.  Articles which are not submitted on time or are not thoroughly edited will not be considered for publication.
